SINGEL STEP WORM GEAR REDUCER
The reducer which model is 25~90 made of Aluminum alloy die-casting box,good loo ept in appearance,compact in structure,rust proofing on surface and small volume to save mounting space.
The reducer model of 110~150 is made of cast iron which casted with Aluminum mould.It`s good loo ept and solid, and can be used through the setting of multi-azimuth.
Good radiating characterstic leads safe and reliability,and high efficiency for using.
The strong capacity of loading ensure stable transmission,make less vibration and noise.
Varies of connecting structure for power input and torque output meet different require-merits;
the design of box outline and the set of foot hole with good versality is apt to many kinds of mounting.

8. High strength, compact the box body of high strength cast iron, gear and gear shaft adapts the gas carbonization, quenching and fine grinding process, therefore the bearing capacity of unit volume is high.
9. Long life: Under the condition of correct type chosen(including choosing suitable operation parament ) normal operation and maintenance, the life if main parts speed reducer(except wearing parts)should not be less than 20000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seal and bearing.
10. Low noise: Because main parts of speed reducer are processed, and tested critically, therefore the noise of speed reducer is low.
11. Parallel axis-bevel wheel speed-down motor.
